A school club with the purpose of making friends, the Neighbors Club (隣人部) was founded at St. Chronica's Academy in Japan by Mikazuki Yozora and Hasegawa Kodaka. A chapter was opened in Asgard by Mikazuki Yozora and Kashiwazaki Sena. As dictated by the teachings of Christianity, those who attend the same school should treat their fellow students as their kind neighbours - with acquitted friendship, sincerity, and engage in caring and meaningful exchanges - that’s the goal of the Neighbours Club... was the club's original mission statement and is being faithfully carried out even in its expansion.

The Neighbors Club engages in various activities to train and prepare its members for participating in the social arena of normals, that is those who already have and are used to having friends, through imaginative simulations derived from research to field trips for practical experience. Previously, the St. Chronica chapter of the Neighbors Club has received field experience in group karaoke, poolside outings and MMORPGs with varying levels of success.

Regrettably, no member has been able to make any (non-virtual/imaginary) friends so far.

Joining is simple! Approach any of the three Asgard chapter founding members: Yozora Mikazuki (playerkills), Kodaka "SCARYFACE" Hasegawa (mishaps) or Sena Kashiwazaki (meatshields) and inform them of your interest! If you're female and can manage to keep yourself from striking her, Sena Kashiwazaki is probably planning on making you a BFF mix already. You might also be accepted if Sena thinks it will irritate the living daylights out of Yozora.

Located in the SIGYN district, the clubroom is open to all members at all hours. Stocked with gaming and media consoles much like the God House lounges, the clubroom is also equipped with a very small library and newspapers for the more reading-inclined members, sports and other recreational paraphernalia. There's also a refrigerator and tea sets. It's a large loft space, with a staircase to the elevated level with beds for members to sleep in should it be necessary. In the opposite end of the room from the media / play area, a long conference table has been placed for more formal brainstorming sessions and club meetings.
